SHIPPING
All orders ship worldwide from a small home studio in Hong Kong. Flat rate shipping applies regardless of quantity. Free shipping is available on orders over USD$50. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

RETURNS
Because every pouch is handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
